Absolutely amazing staff from the valet till the manager Nizar who was amazing and went out of his way to help me in every way possible and giving me good advice in every aspect, the room was very clean, The bed was more comfortable than any four seasons hotel i have been in. I’m not a big fan of ordering room service at hotels but i took my chance on the first night (thank god) because it was better than most $$$$ restaurants in beirut. Thank you for this amazing service i will be back in summer 101% and thank you Nazir for the help at any hour Kempinski is lucky to have these employees in Beirut.

Everything was amazing in the hotel & room , I like The welcome and attention to guest satisfaction and excellent service include the size of the room, the cleanliness of the furniture, the provision of all needs in the room, the speed of their response to our requests, and also the valet service, housekeeping and room service specially rayan , Sara & Maher from reception Ghareeb from housekeeping khalil from Vale

The whole experience was incredible. First Kamal at reception was a legend by giving me and my partner a free room upgrade soon as he found out it was our anniversary. Also he managed to get our room decorated for the occassion. The room was spacious, cold on a very hot summer day, modern with an incredible view. Majority of all functions in the room is smart.

The staff were nothing short of exceptional. In particular Sarah (fantastic lady in red), Youssef, Nora, all the breakfast staff and the two maintenance guys who came to fix our light. Excellent facilities. Great location. Shame that things were obviously paired back for winter.
